As individuals, there is plenty we can do to limit the spread of the Novel Coronavirus. These strategies include:
- Regularly washing hands with soap and water or alcohol-based sanitiser
- Covering coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces
- Practicing Social Distancing:
- Staying home if unwell
- Avoiding large public gatherings if not essential
- Minimising physical contact, especially with people at higher risk such as older people and people with existing health conditions
